All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Electrical parts are not returnable. If there is a warranty claim on a part, it must be returned within 90 days of purchase date, along with the following: a copy of the original invoice clearly showing the date, invoice number, and part numbers of items returned. A notation of what the reason of return was is also required. Any parts damaged by mistreatment or improper installation, will be returned to customer at their expense. Once parts are inspected and found to be faulty, a refund can be credited to customer's credit card, or a replacement part will be sent out free of charge.
