Return/Refund Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, showing date of purchase and price paid for the item. All returns are subject to inspection and can be refused due to improper connection or use. Connecting a part to your equipment renders the item as used. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No electrical items are returnable. All returned items must be returned within 30 days of sale date. We are not responsible to honor a pricing error on the website.   

Warranty Parts Policy

All warranty parts claims must be made within the manufacturer’s allowed time frame. Replacement parts are warrantied for 90 days only. Claims may be refused due to vandalism, improper connection, or improper identification of part or problem. All warranty parts must be submitted with proper information needed to process the manufacturer’s claim. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Date of machine/Part Installed
  • Date code information on part
  • Symptoms of machine denoting fault of defective part

Shipping Policy

D&M uses UPS Ground as our primary shipping method. Customers may request other means of shipping, and we will work to meet those needs on an individual basis. D&M offers free shipping on all orders placed within the continental U.S.A, excluding oversize/heavy items. Activated 08/06/2018 a $6 dollar handling fee to all orders. All shipments are processed including insurance to cover any necessary claims. Any problems or discrepancies with shipped orders must be reported immediately upon receipt of shipment. Customers may be required to provide information in the event that a claim is needed. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Date and time of delivery
  • Photo proof of damage
  • Original packaging as required by shipping company
